1. **Product Information**: Each candle is crafted using a blend of natural essential oils, designed to provide a captivating aroma while maintaining an eco-friendly profile. The buyer acknowledges that variations in scent intensity and appearance may occur due to the artisanal nature of the products.

2. **Order Acceptance**: All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. **Pricing**: Prices for the products are subject to change without notice. The seller will honor the price listed at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and do not include taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

4. **Payment Terms**: Payment must be made at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the checkout process. The seller reserves the right to change accepted payment methods at any time.

5. **Shipping and Delivery**: The seller will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the estimated time frame provided at the time of purchase. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The seller is not liable for any delays in delivery once the product has been shipped.

6. **Returns and Refunds**: Due to the nature of artisanal candles, all sales are final. The seller does not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, the buyer must notify the seller within a specified period to initiate a claim.
